Big Sky Carvers Hand Carved Bird Decoy. This is a beautiful, hand carved wood duck decoy for Big Sky Carvers. We believe this bird is a Grouse. It is artist signed and dated 2002 (it is hard to make out the artist’s name, but it looks like the first name might be “Rachael”). This gorgeous piece measures approximately 10 1/2″ long and 6 1/4″ high. It has eyes that appear to be glass. This decoy is in very good condition, we saw a slight ding in the wood above one eye (as pictured) but overall the condition is excellent as you can see from the photos.
