Big Sky Carvers Master’s Edition Decoy Wood Duck Drake-John Gewerth
This is a Big Sky Carvers Decorative Decoy by John Gewerth. It is part of their Masters’ Edition Collection and is signed and numbered 125/1250, but not dated that we could see. It has a gold colored medallion on the underneath which is visible in the photographs. The decoy is in very good condition but does have some slight marring on both sides. It is not too noticeable but visible in the photos in the lighter brown areas. The Decoy is a bit larger than life size, 14.5 inches long, 5.5 inches wide, and 6 inches tall. It weighs just over 2 pounds. We are always happy to find a decoy done by John Gewerth. His decoys are always very well done and he is a well known carver and painter having received numerous awards over the years. A very nice decoy. It would be a great gift for a someone who appreciates seeing these beautiful ducks in the wild, or at your local park. We invite your offer.
