Used and has a few flaws. Minor scratches on the front. The back hooks look a little rusty. And on the bottom of the back theres some residue left from tape and minor stains. It still great condition and super nice. Great for heavy and light coats. The signature and date its not very clear to me but I believe it says circa 1-1 Herrick.
