Black Magic Duck Decoy by Don Profota Big Sky Carvers Masters Edition 833/1250
This RARE Big Sky Carvers Black “Magic” Duck Wood Decoy Masters Edition by Don Profota is truly a piece of art. It is a Limited Edition piece numbered 833/1250. The edition number is permanently recorded in the company registers. The familiar Big Sky Carvers medallion and the artist’s etched. Signature are attractively displayed on the bottom side of the decoy. A Certificate of Authenticity proudly hangs from the neck of the decoy. It measures 14″ long x 6 3/4″ wide x 8 tall. It is in excellent condition with. No cracks or chips in the wood and no scratches, or fading of the paint. This decoy has been on display in our smoke-free home, purposely. Placed to avoid direct sunlight and fading. We are downsizing due to a possible move soon and wanting to find a good home for our wildlife sculptures. Big Sky Carvers became aware of Don Profota’s work several years ago when his birds were winning awards in competitions on both coasts. As a wildlife artist, Don has not only created many wood originals, but has also designed many highly prized paint schemes.
