VERY RARE Bearfoots “The Perfect Tree” figurine by Montana artist Jeff Fleming was manufactured by Big Sky Carvers starting in the late 1990s. The piece was eventually retired in the early to mid-2000s. This particular figurine is numbered 103 out of 2268. The piece features a pair of mischievous bears hauling a fresh Christmas tree-with one bear tangled in light strings and the other carrying an ax. In very good vintage condition. Rustic Big Sky Carvers Jeff Fleming Bearfoots pine wood carved “Arnold” golfer black bear sculpture. The golf club broke at one point. It was glued together (a faint thin line can be seen toward the bottom of the silver color up close) and was glued inside the paws so that it wouldn’t break again by falling out. There is a line running down from the top to bottom of one side. It is a natural characteristic of the wood, not damage, along with a short one near it at the back. The ears also have some imperfections/characteristics of the wood that are also just natural features, not damage. It measures 20 high.
