Vtg Rare Fat Chickadee Cookie Jar/Baby Chick’s Salt/Pepper, Big Sky Carvers, VGC
This is a very beautiful vintage Fat Chickadee cookie jar with two baby Chick’s as salt and pepper shakers. This set is in excellent condition with only two flaws to speak of, the Chickadee cookie jar has minor surface chip on the neck line that has been colored with black marker i think. One of the little Chick’s has a tiny chip on it’s beak and an enamel surface crack on the bottom, all flaws are highlighted in the photos. This set was produced by Big Sky Carvers, and is quite a beautiful set, that is rarely found as a complete set of three. All three combined weigh five pounds, very clean and ready for use.
