RARE Big Sky Carvers Marsh Mates 13 Moose Statue Marc Pierce Sculpture

For sale is a beautiful and very rare statue produced by Big Sky Carvers. This piece is titled “Marsh Mates” and is part of the Marc Pierce Collection, it’s in great condition apart some defects mentioned below in bold. The figurine measures around 13″-14″ tall, please refer to the measurement picture. This statue is very hard to track down, with very few entering the market over the years according to archive sites like Worthpoint. I noticed two defects while examining the piece, one of the horns has a crack near the base (it may have broken off once and been reattached, hard to tell), and there’s a tiny chip on the tip of the other horn. Both of these issues are quite hard to notice unless your examining the piece closely. I did my best to check for defects and I’m pretty confident these are the only two issues, but with such a large piece there’s always a chance I missed something small. Please examine the pictures closely to assess condition for yourself before purchasing. This item will be packed carefully in a appropriately sized box, with tons of padding. The piece is quite large and has many small extruding pieces, even if packed perfectly there’s always a chance the postal service is so rough with it something breaks. In the event the item arrives even minorly damaged, please contact me as item will be fully insured due to it’s high risk of breakage. Most likely though, the item will arrive safely. The item is pre-owned and without it’s original packaging. Item may have marks, grime, discoloration, etc. If there are known missing/broken pieces, it will be mentioned above, general wear is not marked under defects and must be assessed for yourself by carefully inspecting the images. I’m a collector myself, I know how important it is to maintain the condition of collectables such as these. For a majority of my collectables, I do not allow offers.
