Vintage Big Sky Carvers William Bill Reel Rainbow Trout Fish Decoy Carving RARE
PHOTOS OF ACTUAL ITEM. Trout is full sized at 15 inches long. There has never been a more beautiful rainbow trout by Bill Reel than this one, Period! Deep yet vibrant colors in great detail and patina. The oversized heavy duty burl base is simply amazing by itself. One of the pelvic fins was broken off and missing. All other parts in perfect new condition. It does not show when displayed as it should be (as in the first photo). I believe the fin came off in or right after it left the shop due to the position of the wood grub screw, setting the fish too close to the top of the base. This did happen to some of the big sky trout carvings I have seen and this does not mean that the item was defective or inappropriately handled. It takes nothing away from how good this piece really is. NO PO BOX PLEASE! Vintage 1996 Big Sky Carvers Wood Pine Carved Melvin Moose Antlers Sculpture
Vintage 1996 Big Sky Carvers solid pine wood carved brown “Melvin” moose statue. It will thus be sent in a considerably larger box to accommodate its tall size and for it to arrive safely. There are some scuffs and at the front of the feet there is a line. It does not appear to be a crack, just part of the wood. At the back of the feet and between the legs and tail are two splits. It has been this way for years since I got it though. With the antlers it measures 22.25″ tall and 8.5″ wide. Vintage Big Sky Carvers Masters Edition Woodcarving PHEASANT Bird. It is a Limited edition of 199 of 1250. Has a Chris Olson Signature. It is 20 1/2 long and mounted to a base with the medallion on back. Very good original condition. Some scratches on base but bird is nice. Standing on one foot with one foot being held up. Hard one to find. Please see all pictures for best description. Please READ description and EXAMINE photos carefully.
