This listing is for a Big Sky Carvers loon. Wood grain coming through light paint???? . You can see by the first pic it looks great on the mantle. I usually have around 1,000 listings of mostly vintage, antique and unique items. If you like the old or unique stuff, like I do, keep an eye on my listings. I have new listings every week. I go to about 100 auctions a year looking for old and unusual items. I love my California customers but California postal workers seem a little slow. The package always shows up but sometimes there is a delay(small percentage). I just wanted to let you know I have more delays in that state than any other. Okay, it’s time to vent. (yes, that has happened). My price is clearly listed. Some people have higher and some have lower on similar items. Some states I lose a little, some states I make a little depending on how far away you are. I have thousands of happy customers and very few negative people. Hopefully, you can see that. Huge Grizzly Bear Track Dwayne Ehli Big Sky Carvers 14 Long
Looking for a grizzly bear track? We have the perfect casting of a very large Grizzly bear paw, cast from a real grizzly track found in Northwest Montana, made to hang on the wall right out of the box. It also looks impressive displayed on a table or desk by placing it on a small easel. After packing three seasons in Montana’s Bob Marshall Wilderness, Mr. Ehli found the original track along the banks of the North Fork of the Sun River in 1958. The original front griz track measures more than 12 from the heel to tip of it’s saber like claw. The original track was accurately cast in plaster and each track is hand cast in hydrocal plaster from the original and hand colored to look very realistic! This is a track of a very large Grizzly bear. It measures 14″Long x 9.5″Wide x 2Deep! Did we mention its made in Montana! We’ve been in business since 1993. Dealers please inquire for details. Carved in wood on pewter metal branch. Approximately 12 1/2 inches tall. We answer all emails in a timely fashion. ABOUT US: In 2000 we decided to sell our three gift stores and relocate to a new gift store which we opened in 2001. Many of the boxes have remained in storage for the past 17 years and only now in 2017 as we get ready to close our store and retire, are we able to unpack this inventory. We were authorized dealers for David Winters Cottages, Harmony Kingdom, Orient & Flume, Carruth Studios, Fenton Art Glass, Big Sky Carvers, W. Wilson Pewter, Degenhart Glass, Midwest of Cannon Falls, Boyd’s Bears, Joe St Clair Glass, Gorham, Maruri, and Danforth Pewter. Please note our original price tag will be on most of the original boxes and in many cases the item. The boxes are for the most part in very good condition but one move and nearly two decades means that there may be some wear and tear. We will include a photograph of the box if available with each listing. The cottages were removed from our inventory in 1995 and placed in storage because we needed the retail space.
