Vintage Big Sky Carvers Chickentivity Figurines Nativity Holiday 9 Piece Set. This charming holiday set from Big Sky Carvers features the beloved “Chickentivity” nativity scene. A total of 9 well-preserved figurines are included, showcasing delightful chicken characters in a festive holiday setting. Each piece retains its original hand-painted detail, making this collection a standout addition to any vintage holiday décor. The set is very collectible and comes in good overall condition. One of the angel chickens has a repaired leg, as clearly shown in the close-up photo. Additionally, the figurine that typically holds the second angel chicken is not included; for this reason, both angel chickens are shown together in the main photo, suspended from the same piece. Lovely hand carved and painted collectible Northern Pintail Duck made by Orvis Big Sky Carvers in Montana. Wonderful piece for the collector or to add to your art decor in your home or office. A little bit of information about the Pintail. Elegant Northern Pintails swim through wetlands and lakes with their slender necks and long, pointed tails held high. Intricately patterned and pale-faced females join males fashioned with a signature white stripe down their chocolate-colored necks. Large groups congregate in wetlands, lakes, bays, and even waddle through agricultural fields eating grains during the winter. Though still common, their populations are declining.
