Typical of Big Sky Carvers Decoys, it is finished with a combination of paints and stains that make a beautiful bird look almost better than real life. It appears new but does have a few very small dents that prove it is 20 years old. It is close to life size being 12 inches long, 6.25 inches wide, and 8.25 inches tall. It weighs 2 pounds, 4 ounces. Big Sky Carvers began in the 1970’s in Boseman Montana. They were highly regarded for their decorative decoys and their business was quite successful.
