Master’s Edition Woodcarving, Big Sky Carvers, Hand Carved Woodpecker / Decoy
This is a very nice hand carved woodpecker mounted nicely on a piece of wood. Bird has nice original paint with glass eyes. The gold (shows red due to a reflection) plaque embedded in the bottom of wood reads…… Master’s Edition Woodcarving, Manhattan MT, Big Sky Carvers US. A along with the number 195/250 AP. The number 11/08 is marked on the bottom as well. Bird is in very nice condition without any breaks or cracks. The overall height including wood is approx. You can check out my other items. Big Sky Carvers Marc Pierce Training Day Sculpture Lab Hunting Dog
This dog sculpture from Big Sky Carvers Marc Pierce Gallery Signature Collection depicts a dog in training for duck hunting. Handcast using the proprietary process called Montana Bronze where fine resins are used to create the sculpture, then finished with hand applied patinas and metallic paint. Measures 13.5W X 8.25H.
