Big Sky Carvers Large Canvasback Decorative Decoy Signed Kim Stephens
This is a stunning Canvasback Decoy from Big Sky Carvers and signed on the bottom by Kim Stephens and dated 9/11/2006. It is pre-owned but in like new condition. We could find a tiny dent on the side of the head but it may have always been present. The pictures show that it has an oversize head in proportion to the body which shows off that uniquely Canvasback beak. The finish is a combination of paint and stain that allows portions of the wood grain to show. It is large, measuring nearly 21 inches long, 8 inches tall, 8.5 inches wide, and weighs nearly five pounds. Kim Stephens has been a highly regarded for her Big Sky Carvers decoy painting since the early 1990’s. It would be a great addition to any man cave or collection of decoys. We were unable to find another like it in our searches so it is not real common or readily available. Rare WOOD Hand CARVED Big Sky Carvers William Herrick Lab Dog Fireplace Screen
This is a wood fireplace screen from big sky carvers by William Herrick. It has a chocolate / black lab on it , has a little of both colors. Measures in the middle 31 3/4 tall and 47 1/4 long. This is a rare piece. This has lots of detail and looks great. I have no original box or paper work. It is not used, it was a store display. It’s in new condition still. Any questions please ask.
