These canisters are in excellent condition! There are no chips, cracks, or hairlines. Although preowned, they appear to have not been used! They are marked on the bottom with the company backstamp. X-Large, 6 1/2 tall without the lid. Large, 6 1/4 tall without the lid. Medium, 5 1/2 tall without the lid. Small, 4 3/4 tall without the lid. (any white spots on photos is from camera glare). Brushwerks Stoneware Moose Canister Set 8 Piece Set Very Rare Big Sky Carvers
8 piece set includes 4 canisters and 4 lids. Canister measurements top to bottom NOT including the lids are as follows, 1. The lids add about an extra 1-1/2 to the height. Circumferences across the bottom are approx. The colors are bright and each is in excellent condition, have only been used for display. The second one has a mark that I tried to get in the two close up pictures. I’m not sure what to call it, but it’s a rough spot that I did want to point out. It’s hard to see but check the pictures closely. Feel free to ask any questions, I’m not an expert on these, but will answer any questions the best I can. Retired Big Sky Carvers Extremely Rare Ranger Station Large Cookie Jar Canister
Up for sale is this LONG retired, HIGHLY detailed ceramic cookie jar from Big Sky Carvers entitled “The Ranger Station”. These were discontinued prior to DEMDACO obtaining Big Sky Carvers back in 2010, so the company couldn’t offer much back ground on it, and availability WILL ONLY become more scarce over time. Standing 9″ tall, it is 7″ across and 8 long. The top has a high grade rubber lip seal on the inside which makes a nice solid seal and keeps the lid securely in place. A VERY nice feature of functionality, if you choose to use this as a container. There are a total of four different animals on this single piece. The bear up top on the chimney is quite an effective and comfortable grip to pull the top on & off with. There’s a bear peeking into the front window (which is adorable) The face looking out the side window is a great detail and the moose in the back is a brother to some of the other offerings by Big Sky carvers. The way it is styled & made, the bright colors and from any angle you look at it is an INSTANT attention grabber and conversation piece! IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO NOT SEE THIS CANISTER! The only singular blemish is a tiny fleabite on the tip of the nose of the moose in the back of the jar, and it is quite possible it will go unnoticed as at some point it looks to have been touched up with paint….. 100% clean and ready to display or put into service the moment it arrives! These don’t come up for sale very often, so do something nice for yourself or someone else! Get it now before someone else does!
