Artist Marc Pierce: I’ve been fly fishing for trout for 30 some years and for me, it’s become less and less about catching fish and more about a state of mind. Each original sculpture is composed using a proprietary process called Montana Bronze. Fine resins are combined with pure pewter and bronze and are hand cast to create these wildlife sculptures. Big Sky Carvers Jeff Fleming Bearfoots solid pine wood carved small lounging “Logan” (miniature version of the “Riley” bear) black bear sculpture that measures 3.75″ tall, 11″ long and 3.75 wide. There is what looks like a tiny nick or indent at the inside edge of one ear which is how it has always been. It has minor typical scuffs from age.

There are some rougher spots and surface nicks such as at one ear and side as shown in the close ups. The rest are just typical lines from the wood grain pattern, no cracks. It measures 6″ high, 18″ long, and 7.75 wide.

Stunning Mac Pierce sculpture titled Regal Pheasant Sculpture from the Marc Gallery Collection from Big Sky Carvers in Montana. Produced in 2015 this sculpture is hand cast with the Montana Bronze formula that is comprised of resin, bronze, pewter and is finished with multi-layered patina and metallic paint. It is 10 1/2″ tall, and is 15 1/2″ long. It is in excellent condition with no damage. Additionally, I can only combine items in one box if all the items can safely be packaged together. Most of my items are used, vintage or antique and come directly from estate auctions. I try to describe my items as accurately and honestly as possible and to disclose any signs of wear or imperfections that I see. The disclosed condition of any item includes both the written description and the contents of the photos, so any mark, defect, anomaly, flaw, damage, etc. That can be visibly seen in a photo constitutes disclosure of such condition regardless of whether or not it is further described elsewhere in the listing.
