Big Sky Carvers Ken White Bald Eagle Sculpture – Masters Edition – Signed 2002. Impressive Big Sky Carvers Masters Edition bald eagle sculpture by wildlife artist Ken White, dated 2002. This dramatic sculpture depicts a bald eagle in flight with its wings fully extended in a diving or swooping pose. The body and wings are beautifully carved from wood with detailed individual feathering and a warm finish that highlights the natural wood grain. The contrasting metal-tone head features finely rendered feather and facial details. The eagle is mounted on a tall, dark-finished sculptural base designed to resemble a rugged rock outcropping, creating an impressive sense of movement and height. The piece is hand-signed K. White and dated 2002 near the base. The underside retains the original gold-tone Big Sky Carvers medallion identifying the piece as part of the Masters Edition Woodcarving collection and manufactured in Manhattan, Montana, USA. Approximately 13.75″ H x 10.75″ W x 8 D. Very good pre-owned condition with minor wear consistent with age and display.
