Some yellowing in clear coat on Eagles face -see in photos. 2 SCREW RE- ASSEMBLY. ??? Hand carved and painted pine. Markings: “BSC” carved on back. Brass badge: “Big Sky Carvers – Manhattan, Montana-USA – 1996″. DIMENSIONS:Overall 37″ tall x 26 1/2″ wide 5 1/2 deep. Width with wings removed: 7 1/2. Wings alone: 26 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ x 3/4 thick. 1996 BIG SKY CARVERS BSC/JEFF FLEMING 37 EAGLE/BEAR TOTEM POLE-CARVED WOOD. Hand carved and painted pine. Markings: “BSC” carved on back. Brass badge: “Big Sky Carvers – Manhattan, Montana-USA – 1996″. I recently acquired this totem pole from the estate of the original owner. DIMENSIONS:Overall 37″ tall x 26 1/2″ wide 5 1/2 deep. Width with wings removed: 7 1/2. Wings alone: 26 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ x 3/4 thick. CONDITION: On close inspection you may detect a couple small shallow dings near the edges of the totem pole. Some small white paint dots. Otherwise the totem pole is in excellent original condition with no damage and no significant wear. No nicks, bruises, chips, cracks, losses, breaks, splits. Large vintage totem pole woodcarving. By BIG SKY CARVERS. Hand carved and painted pine. Markings: “BSC” carved on back. Brass badge: “Big Sky Carvers – Manhattan, Montana-USA – 1996″. I recently acquired this totem pole from the estate of the original owner. On close inspection you may detect a couple small shallow dings near the bottom edge of the totem pole — one on front (to the right of the badge) and one on back (above and to the right of the “C”). Nothing significant or at all conspciuous. Otherwise the totem pole is in excellent original condition with no damage and no significant wear. No restorations or touch ups. No other dings or dents. No nicks, bruises, chips, cracks, losses, breaks, splits. No significant scuffs or rubs. Very clean as found. From a smoke free home. No pet odors or other unpleasant odors. This large piece has been hand-carved and hand-painted from a solid piece of wood, and the wings are a separate piece of hand-carved, hand painted wood. It features an Eagle, a Bear holding a Fish and two green pine trees. If you are a discerning collector, and are seeking a very impressive statue, this is for you! It stands 37″ tall, 26 1/2″ wing tip to wing tip, and 8 across the base. This item comes to you in excellent condition. There are a few very tiny scratches that may be intentional.
