1991 Large Wood Carved Pintail Duck decoy Big sky Carvers 21 Long Lot 24-51-75
This listing is for a vintage 1991 very nice large 21 Big Sky Carvers pintail duck wood decoy. The white streaks are just reflections. PLEASE LOOK OVER THE ITEM AND IF YOU WANT MORE DETAILS, I WILL BE HAPPY TO PROVIDE THEM AS BEST I CAN. But it depends on size or shape etc. I usually have well over 1,000 listings of mostly vintage, antique and unique items. If you like the old or unique stuff, like I do, keep an eye on my listings. I have new listings every week and go to about 100 auctions a year looking for old and unusual items. I also have over 1,800 followers and most are repeat customers. I love my California and Florida. But California and Florida postal workers seem a little slow. The package always shows up but sometimes there is a delay (small percentage). I just wanted to let you know I have more delays in those states than any others. It sounds like they really gouge international customers but nothing I can do about it. Someone would want a quote. I would have to go find the item, usually a different town. I would then box it up and get a quote from the post office. I would message the customer and they would tell me no thanks that’s too expensive. Then I would have to make sure it gets put back in the right spot so when someone bought it, I could find it. Definitely not worth my time. Let’s just say, I learned my lesson. The above info was the more important stuff. ONLY READ BELOW IF YOU ARE BORED! I have noticed lately that some packages are moving very slowly. Doesn’t matter if they are first class or priority. Some 3 day packages have been taking 3 weeks! If it shows that the package has processed through Huron SD I promise it is not still sitting there. It just has not been scanned through its travels. Thank you for being patient. Okay, it’s time to vent. (yes, that has happened). My price is clearly listed. Some people have higher and some have lower on similar items. Some states I lose a little, some states I make a little depending on how far away you are. I have thousands of happy customers and very few negative people. Hopefully, you can see that. Thanks for taking the time and putting up with the rant. Sorry, I have some more below. WHERE IS MY ITEM?? Do you honestly think I know? Maybe if I was hand delivering it, I would know. I can have my postal worker run a search but that is the best I can do. I DO NOT DO THAT! I have no control of that. That is your state and you need to complain to your local politicians. (okay, that was funny, probably not going to get you very far, but you can try). Especially during duck hunting season. I really love going to auctions but if the duck migration is on, I’m probably in the duck blind. I had a person message me 5 times in a half hour and seemed annoyed I did not get back to them immediately. I also take one random day off each week. I definitely do not sit at my computer 24 hours a day. What is in the water in Smithfield, North Carolina. Get a load of this. A guy from there called me a m-eFer S. O. B. An A word couple of B words and that was just the first sentence. They caught on and do so now. How do I live with myself?? I live in South Dakota, I can read a map, that is a long distance. Sometimes it takes a while. I’m sure that negative is coming. A negative from this guy, I will call a compliment!! At least my wife thinks so! Just communicate like a civilized human being and I will do my best to make sure you are a satisfied customer.

Tip of one Feather tuft chipped off (left side) and partial beak chip. There are some lacquer spots on the body of the pheasant. There is a small area of fading in the stain on left breast side. These are all shown in pictures. Measures 25.5″ Long and stands 7.75″ tall.

Hang from rail, bed post, mailbox post, fireplace mantel end or whatever ledge fits with long screws (included). WHITE SPOTS AND STREAKS ARE REFLECTIONS AND GLARE FROM THE LIGHTING. Measures 24 inches long by 6 1/2 inches wide and 7 inches deep. Weighs 6 pounds 9 ounces. Screws are 2 1/4 inches apart (flat area under paws is 8 1/4 inches high by up to 5 7/8ths inches wide). No cracks, chips, gouges or stains. IF YOU DISPLAY OUTDOORS; I USE UV BLOCKING URETHANE SPRAYS IN MULTIPLE COATS ON ANY WOOD OR CEMENT STATUES I LEAVE OUTSIDE IN RAINY CLIMATES.
