Vintage figurine/curio box from artist Cyndi Joslyn for Big Sky Carvers. Resin cast of animated edition line of “Santa Clausits” displayable curio boxes of santa. Comes with original box and packing. Box shows light wear. The piece was available from 1998 through 2000. No longer available or produced. This figurine features Santa going down the chimney, his feet dangling from the underside lid of the box… Unfortunately Santa is in mid slide when he realizes he has left behind, a sled, a pair of skates and a pair o snowshoes. A beautifully detailed sculpture depicting a buffalo / bison with horns and all along the base it depicts a large herd of buffalo / bison running by Big Sky Carvers & sculptor Marc Pierce. The statue measures 10″ tall 8 1/2″ wide and 4 7/8 deep and weighs over 4lbs. The bottom is signed “Marc Pierce” and reads “Marc Pierce Signature Collection 2010 “American Icon” #A047″ and also has a sticker that reads “MP Buffalo American Icon Sculpture Stock#B52220022 Big Sky Carvers Designed in Montana Made in China 2012 Big Sky Carvers” see pics.
