Big Sky Carvers Stylistic Green Head Decoy Craig Fellows-Man Cave, Cabin, or Den
Big Sky Carvers Green Head Drake Decoy for Man Cave, Cabin or Lodge This is a Big Sky Carvers Green Head Drake Decorative Decoy signed on the bottom by C. Fellows (Craig) and dated 1982. It is finished with paint and transparent stains that allow the wood grain to show through. It is a lovely stylistic decoy in near perfect condition for a decoy nearly 36 years old. We could find a tiny area of discoloration on the top of the head but it may have been there when the decoy was made. Typically, Big Sky Decoys have a branded logo on the bottom but this one does not have the logo for some reason. Possibly they had not begun using the branded logo yet as of that date in 1982. It is 15.5 inches long, five inches wide, and 4 inches tall and weighs about one 1.5 pounds. It is an unusual. We were unable to find any similar to it being offered. We love these Big Sky Carvers Decoys and, of course, recommend this one for any man cave, cabin, den, lodge, or collection.
