Mary is a elephant, Baby Jesus and Joseph are hippopotamus. The shepherds are a giraffe and zebra. The Kings are a Ostrich and a Lion. The Giraffe is about 7 inches. I cannot find any chips or breaks on any of the figures. I do not have the original box or packing. The figures will be wrapped in bubble wrap. Made by Big Sky Carvers for Ducks Unlimited, I bought this at a banquet many years ago. It is extremely realistic looking. I have even had dogs bark at it thinking it was a real dog. Very good condition considering it is over 20 years old. I hate to see this one go but we are moving and must downsize.
