WHITE SPOTS AND STREAKS ARE REFLECTIONS AND GLARE FROM THE LIGHTING. Measures 13 inches high by 9 3/4 inches wide and 1 inch deep. BSC crest and Designer letter on the back. No cracks, chips, gouges or stains. There is a minute production flaw in the paint; a hair’s-width raised line under the paint between the M and E (SEE PIC # 4). It’s hard to see beyond a few inches. I found some errant green paint on the backside, too. This lovely and unique welcome sign is clean, bright and ready for service and display. All items are insured and an on-line claim will immediately be filed. I have maintained a less than 0.030% breakage rate for over six years. We describe each item to the best of our ability and visual acuity. The photos provide the most accurate visual description.
