For almost 30 years Big Sky Carvers of Montana have been creating amazingly beautiful hand carved products which are wild life inspired for the rustic home, cabin, or lodge and of course the nature enthusiast. This is an exceptionally detailed jar and somewhat funny too! This little chickadee appears to have eaten a bit too much and he is nestled in his home ensconced snugly amongst the pine trees. The colors are realistic and lifelike. The removable head has a soft rubber seal around the neck of the lid that when seated on the bird body keeps in the freshness for your delightful cookies. BIG SKY CARVERS jars are fast moving up in the ranks of collectible and understandably so! Please do note that this is a somewhat heavy piece.
